30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@anitallc.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale and custom items, where marked, cannot be returned.
